DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN MINISTRY
Our Doctor of Philosophy in Ministry (PHD.Min) program is the highest professional degree for Christian leaders engaged in vocational ministry and is designed to increase ministry effectiveness, while focusing primarily on the practical outworking of Christian ministry supported by academic research. This program helps men and women develop a deeper understanding of biblical principles and strategies so they can serve effectively in a variety of pastoral roles. Courses offer students the opportunity to interact with an array of well-known church leaders, increasing their understanding of the purpose and goals of ministry. Students entering the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) program must have at least 7 years of verifiable leadership experience as a Pastor or Ministry Leader, have at least a Masters in a ministry-related field of study (i.e. Christian Education, Ministry, Theology, Biblical Studies, Divinity, Christian Counseling, etc.) with at least 174 semester hours of study, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have three ministry references in order to be considered for acceptance into this program.

All degrees of Grace Bible College & Seminary are of an ecclesiastical nature, and whether granted or conferred, are in the restricted area of religion and ministry vocations with the special purpose of preparing persons for the work of ministry, evangelism and discipleship in the area of religion, whether educational or ministerial; they are not designed to be used in general academic circles. Transferability of credits earned at Grace Bible College & Seminary and transferred to another institution is at the discretion of the receiving institution. The degree programs of this seminary are designed solely for religious vocations.
